Umesto tradicionalnih karijera, mladi ljudi grade portfolio ve\u0161tina i kombinuju razli\u010dite izvore prihoda, \u0161to odra\u017eava strukturne promene u ekonomiji, tehnologiji i na\u010dinu shvatanja sopstvenog razvoja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pitanje je da li je to izbor ili nu\u017enost, i kako se ta dinamika odra\u017eava na modele anga\u017eovanja, rizike i ulogu obrazovanja u digitalnom okru\u017eenju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to fleksibilnost privla\u010di generaciju Z<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mladi ljudi koji danas imaju izme\u0111u 18 i 25 godina odrasli su u svetu gde je <strong>stabilnost postala relativni pojam<\/strong>. Tradicionalni modeli zapo\u0161ljavanja, sa fiksnim radnim vremenom i hijerarhijskim strukturama, postaju sve manje privla\u010dni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizacije koje nude hibridne modele rada, mogu\u0107nost rada na daljinu i jasne putanje razvoja imaju prednost.
